DR HENDRY has now retired from the Practice. The Practice seeks to recruit and welcome a new GP into the Practice. Please bear with us as the Doctors will be working extra hours with the assistance of Locum Doctors to ensure our service to our patients is safely maintained. Call us on 01292 611835 from 8.30 am - 5.30 pm. 1 1 1 when the Surgery is Closed. We will be CLOSED on Friday 30th March and Monday 2nd April 2018 for Easter.

Patient Access connects Patients with the Practice Patient System and is a safe and secure way of ORDERING PRESCRIPTIONS AND VIEWING, BOOKING AND CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS at a time convenient to you, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. 

What is Patient Access?

Patient Access is a service provided by our clinical patient system, EMIS, that allows you to access the Practice online. Patient Access allows you to:

  • Book and cancel appointments
  • Order repeat medication

How do I register?

You can register for Patient Access by firstly visiting your practice in person and requesting a registration form which will enable you to set up a full account. You will be given a unique personal code.  This needs to be requested when you visit the practice. Once you have the form you can then enter the details into the online registration screen. ON THE LEFT OF THE SCREEN.

How do I book appointments?

How do I order a repeat prescription?

There is a link called Make a request in the Repeat Prescriptions section of the home page after you have signed into Patient Access.

Prescriptions will be ready 48 hours from ordering, however, please take note that we will retrieve your request upon opening if you are ordering over a weekend or during bank holiday closure.
